The Global Sustainability Initiative is excited to present its first Lunch Training Series focusing on Social Media Engagement and Amplification featuring Sara Langhinrichs. The event will be held in the Chaney Library at the Samuel Riggs IV Alumni Center. Lunch will be provided.
Sara Langhinrichs is the founder and owner of Sara Lang Strategies, a social media firm focusing on using social media for good. With over a decade of experience leading social media advocacy at organizations including the AARP and CAP, and a brief stint as @BarackObama, Sara has the experience and the knowledge to help you take your social media program to the next level. She's trained 8 to 80 year olds in more than 15 states and the District. In this GSI Lunch Training Series, Sara will cover "Social Media 101" geared towards academics, researchers, and policy advocacy, including:
